What the apprentice gets

A lifelong network of diversely skilled individuals anxiously expecting to serve one another in business development, as confidants, advisors and, when needed, an insightful voice of encouragement, reason and caution, forever.


A purposely selected curriculum validated by years of prior apprentice success and sponsor satisfaction, each measured against the expectation of greater skills, knowledge, self-awareness and sense of purpose.

Three challenging years of instruction and mentoring from Larry Marsh and Patrick Linnert, followed by years of their continuing advice, counsel and strategic coaching for the apprentice and sponsor.


Three annual in-person roundtables

  • Learning through a continuous series of case studies, presentations and group exercises
  • Uninhibited peer to peer exchange exposing strengths and threats
  • Discussions on real world agency successes, failures and the many reasons why
  • Individual planning and accountability for professional and personal development
  • Guest speakers including past apprentices, leading consultants and successful CEO’s

Multiple Agency Exchange Visits to and into extraordinarily performing agencies

  • Uilize the time to interview and exchange insights with key agency personnel
  • Dissect and finally understand the organization’s metrics and practices
  • Presentation of findings to fellow apprentices upon return from each exchange
  • Presentation/Discussion/Q&A of summary findings with agency CEO 
  • Expanded networking opportunities thereafter with all manner of agency personnel

Limited interim activity, as needed or desired

  • Homework assignments to be completed between meetings
  • Group Zoom meetings to accelerate concepts in various stages of development
  • Electronic agency financial calculators and benchmarking tools for self-edification
  • Coordination of synchronized Agency Financial Benchmarks 
  • Individual, confidential access to or from program leaders when needed
